Koloritoo is developed and operated by Maxence Raoux, a sole trader based in France, based on an original idea by Aurélie Evalet.

Data collected
When you use Koloritoo, we collect the following types of data:
Account information
- Email address
- Display name
- Account identifier
This information is provided when you create your account.
Photos
Images you choose from your device's gallery and upload to generate coloring pages.
Generated coloring pages
Coloring pages created from your uploaded photos and stored in your gallery.
Credit transactions
History of purchases, allocations, and credit usage within the app.
Device information
Basic technical information collected automatically via Firebase, including:
- Device model
- Operating system version
- Crash reports
- Basic usage analytics
Data not collected
Koloritoo does not collect or store payment data.
All payments are processed directly by:
- Apple App Store (iOS)
- Google Play Store (Android)
Payment information never passes through our servers.

We do not send marketing emails.
AI processing
To generate coloring pages, the photos you upload are sent to OpenAI, an AI image processing service.
Your images are used solely to generate coloring pages automatically. No human review of images takes place.
OpenAI processes images transiently for generation and does not retain them after processing, in accordance with its privacy documentation.
Storage of your data
Koloritoo uses Google Firebase to store and manage data. Access to your data is restricted to your own authenticated account.
Firestore
Stores account data, coloring page metadata, and credit transaction history.
Location: europe-west9 (Paris, EU)
Firebase Storage
Stores uploaded photos and generated coloring page files.
Location: us-central1 (Iowa, United States)
As Firebase Storage is hosted in the United States, some personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to govern these transfers in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR.
Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Secure HTTPS communication
- Firebase authentication and access controls
- Security rules limiting access to user data
- Infrastructure managed according to Google Cloud security standards
While no system can be completely secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists, unless deleted by you.

If you delete your account from the app, your personal data (account information, photos, and generated coloring pages) will be permanently deleted from our systems within a reasonable time.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to advertisers or third parties. Your data is only shared with service providers necessary for the operation of the app.

Koloritoo relies on the following services:

These services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Automated processing
Koloritoo uses automated AI processing to transform photos into coloring pages. This processing is purely functional and does not produce significant legal or similarly significant effects on users.

Koloritoo is operated from France. If you are located in the European Union or the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies.

Minors
Koloritoo is intended for the general public. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16, in accordance with the minimum digital consent age under French law implementing Article 8 of the GDPR.
If we discover that a child has created an account without parental consent, we will delete the account and associated data. If you believe this has occurred, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be published at this location with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
